In light of the current Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we are going through extraordinary times. During this uncertain period, our highest priority is the wellbeing of our customers, team members and everyone in the wider Ultrasound Plus circle. Like most businesses, we are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and adapting accordingly.

Like us, you may be understandably concerned about the effect on you, your family, friends and your work during this rapidly developing situation.

We have a great team that we have built over the years and will do everything in our control to continue to offer the service. It is our aim to keep our clinics open as usual and all appointments are going ahead unless we are guided otherwise. It is also very clear that things can change rapidly and we will update you as and when required with any further news. we are taking increased measures to maintain business continuity and protect the health of our customers and employees. We are currently taking the following measures of precaution:

• We have shared best practice health tips with our team and continue to keep them updated on a daily basis.
• Our staff will wear full Personal Protective Equipment during the appointment.
• Only one person is allowed to attend with you. Unfortunately no children.
• Due to the ease of the lock down, all persons attending are required to wear a face mask/covering.
• We are enforcing strict social distancing rules. Please only arrive five minutes before your appointment.
• There are reduced patients waiting in the reception area.
• Increased cleaning of all clinical areas between scan appointments.
• We have sufficient hand cleaning stations within our clinics. Please ensure that you wash your hands or use alcohol hand sanitiser upon arrival at our clinics.
• If you or someone else in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19: please do not attend your appointment. Please follow the NHS advice on Coronavirus, and call us to discuss rearranging your appointment for a later date. Please understand if you attend one of our clinics with notifying us, you are putting our staff and other customers at risk.
