Sperm donation is a process by which a man donates his sperm in order to assist an individual or a couple in having a baby.
Sperm can be used one of two ways; injected directly into the woman’s womb, also known as Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), or for the fertilisation of oocytes through the means of in vitro fertilisation (IVF).
